JP Compliance Services primarily specializes in consulting Power Distribution Equipment and Electrical Service providers that are subject to Regulations as stipulated by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Toxic Substances Control Act as pertains to the management and recordkeeping of Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs). Recent expansion of services include guiding the regulated community within the power distribution industry through Universal Waste and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure regulations. 

I could share a copy of my resume, I suppose, but what fun would that be?! I started JP Compliance Services LLC in March 2021. I have 18+ years of professional, on the job, real life experience in Environmental Management geared toward PCB compliance of power distribution utilities and transformer service companies alike. I am a Certified Environmental and Safety Compliance Officer as recognized by the National Registry of Environmental Professionals, as well as a Certified Safety Management Practitioner as recognized by the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management. I have consulted and met with numerous EPA officials across the country to understand how I can help the regulated community to best facilitate compliance based on their specific operating structure.
